A little about me
Founder of The Postpartum Guide & Co.
Hi, I’m Christina Jones, a mother, childcare professional, and DONA International-trained postpartum doula. My passion for caring for others has been a part of my life for many years, and it continues to shape the work I do today.
As the owner of Learning Ladder Childcare, I have spent over 15 years caring for children and building meaningful relationships with families. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and creating a supportive environment where families feel comfortable, understood, and cared for.
As a mother myself, I understand that motherhood is a journey filled with beautiful moments, new responsibilities, and plenty of adjustments. While so much attention is placed on caring for a newborn, I believe the mother deserves just as much care, attention, and support.
That belief inspired me to create The Postpartum Guide & Co. — a space dedicated to supporting mothers as they navigate the fourth trimester and adjust to life with their new little one.
My goal is to provide compassionate, judgment-free postpartum support that helps mothers feel more confident, supported, and empowered during this important season of life. From newborn care education and practical guidance to encouraging rest and maternal well-being, I want families to feel reassured knowing they don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I believe every mother’s journey is unique, and there is no single right way to navigate motherhood. You deserve support that honors your needs, respects your choices, and reminds you that your well-being matters, too.
Through The Postpartum Guide & Co., my heart is to nurture the nurturer, support the mother, and help families begin this new chapter with greater confidence and peace of mind.
Because caring for a new baby is important, but caring for the mother is essential, too.
With care,
Christina

Not at all. We’ll start by learning about your family, what feels challenging, and what kind of support would make a difference. Together, we can explore the options that may fit.
No. Postpartum doula care is non-medical support and does not replace your healthcare provider, pediatrician, lactation specialist, or mental health professional. I can help you identify questions and connect with appropriate resources.
